IHC Premier M9922 Reading Class G-4sb 4-6-2 Pacific Locomotive #204

"The road's first Pacifics, nos. 105-109, were built by Reading Shops in 1916. In each succeeding year through 1926, except for 1920 and 1922, Reading took delivery of five more 4-6-2s. They had 80" drivers and 25" x 28" cylinders, except for the 74" drivered G-2sa class of 1926. Engine weight ranged from 273,600 to 305,360 pounds. Reading's last Pacifics were the G-3 class of 1948, essentially built to the 1916 design but modernized with cast trailing trucks, disk main drivers, and feedwater heaters; weight was 329,450 pounds. G-1s 117 and 118 were streamlined in 1937 to pull the Budd-built Crusader streamliner between Philadelphia and Jersey City, and Nos. 108 and 178 received British-looking styling about the same time."
